    Why aren't the sidewalks continuous along Townsend Avenue? There are kids who cross Townsend Avenue at Nathan Hale School with a crossing guard and need to enter the roadway on their walk home because sidewalks disappear abruptly along Townsend (and other streets: Concord St, etc.) Some neighbors are less than understanding when kids try and walk along their front lawns to stay out of the road way Why is the neighborhood designed this way?
