Description

YALE hasn't shoveled sidewalk - we know Yale is not the best neighbor and is exempt from many of the rules (and taxes) of the city - but sidewalks!?

Doesn't look like YALE not shoveling is the issue, rather the folks who decided to dump that snow, from the road, into that area. Then proceeded to make a giant pile with it.
