The trees and shrubs at the end of the cul-de-sac are not being maintained by the property owner. The overgrown trees and shrubs are now taking up such a large space vehicles can't use the roadway to turn around. Amazon and UPS trucks have a hard time and recently larger vehicles like a DeKalb Sanitation truck and even a DeKalb Firetruck had to make several attempts to get around. It's a small cul-de-sac to begin with, this just makes things almost impossible.
