Mr. Smith,
I live across the street from 4727 Tilly Mill Rd. The street blacktop in front of 4727 Tilly Mill Rd. was completely torn down & repaved less than 2 years ago. There has also been supplementary work completed in this same area less than 6 months ago and within 6 months the pavement has again broken apart and is sinking. When vehicles pass over this area the tire noise can be heard inside my house especially when heavy trucks pass over the broken pavement. I am requesting that this blacktop area be re-inspected & repaired correctly so we do not continue to have the same re-occurring problem.
