This is the same individual who lost her dog around November 13, 2013. Sadly, she continues to walk her other dog off lease. Please have the police do their jobs and ticket her for each and every illegal poster that she and her associates post. My neighbors and I are tired of her littering our neighborhood. And "sightings" by her dog psychics are just ridiculous.
