There are numerous cars that have been parked on Humphrey St for weeks, since the very first snow storm of winter. The issue is that people leave their cars there for week(and sometimes over a month) until the snow melts rather than cleaning off their cars. This has made the street very narrow to drive on and I have witnessed numerous dangerous incidents b/c both lanes of cars cannot drive past one another at the same time. This has been an issue every snow storm for the last year.
