Illegal overnight parking in a clearly marked no parking zone at the intersection of Lyon and Jefferson. This is a difficult corner made worse by narrower streets and ice due to recent storms so that emergency vehicles, buses, plows etc. may not be able to make the turn. Most recently it has been a gray minivan in the space but there have been others (black SUV, white camaro).
