Sharraxaadda

At least 2 people (one male, one female) seem to be relocating from somewhere else to the embankment between Broadway and Highway 24, very close to the pedestrian overpass. They have bikes and small trailers and quite a bit of gear. We saw them this morning when families were walking their children to Chabot Elementary. They seemed hostile and angry (lots of grumbling), but not confrontational.
