My neighbor has two huge dogs but for one reason or another he keeps one out all the time. This dog barking has us going insane tonight for example got home around 7pm and is now 9:46pm and he is still going at it. This goes on all day every day when putting my daughter to sleep at night her room faces his backyard, on Sunday when is really the only day for us to sleep a little later he is out there as early as 8:00am. Just very disturbing and not just for a little this goes on for continued hours and hours. Something must be done.
