This issue has been referred to the Interim Building Official.

The City's Environmental Engineering Department contacted the builder and asked
him to clean up the drainage ditch and install silt fence to prevent further erosion.

1/27/15 at 9:00am LLindan met with project superintendent for Stylecraft at her property. He is going to have a crew remove the mud from the section of drainage ditch in my property and the lot beside me that is under construction. He also said they will put up silt fence along my property line and across the back of the lot under development. Also showed him video of storm water flow from 1/22/15 after 3 inch rainfall and the fierce amount of water that flows through the lots and empties into storm inlet on my property. This was for his reference that all that mud will be forced to the inlet and concern of how close the water flow is to the house being built.

The issue was resolved.
