With blizzard preparations fully underway, we will address the issue of unshoveled sidewalks after the blizzard subsides and the clean up process begins. Thanks for reporting.

Spoke with Cohen's and they said it's taken care of that and they will ensure sidewalks are blown/shoveled for this storm as well. Can you confirm whether this issue is resolved and/or post a photo of the area that needs attention?
