Description
I've noticed how leaves pile up on top of the storm drain on the northwest corner of York & Crown. In summer I've seen weeds growing tall in it. This week I noticed it was completely covered in mud and leaves. When this big snow comes, none of it will go down the drain, and as it melts and freezes, the backup will cover the curb cuts again and make it impossible for most pedestrians to get up on the sidewalk from the street. This has happened in other winters. Can someone clear it on Monday? And could it be marked to keep an eye on?
