Description
The city has recently placed two large landscaping boulders in the dog park at Unser and Bogart. While they may look nice, they are truly hazards for anyone who's there in the evening, especially after dark, since the park has no lights. They also present a hazard if someone is running with his or her dog and doesn't see them. Please remove them from the dog park for the safety of those who use the park.

It's been two months and the landscape boulders are STILL at the dog park. Shall I just give up and accept that, even though they pose a danger to those at the park, they will not be removed?
Please realize that people have already tripped over them when it's dark and even during the day. They have no place in a dog park. They pose a liability.

Thanks for the information. The rocks have been moved outside the dog park fence, which is great! Can't believe this happened. Am happy and amazed.
Now, how does it look for getting some lights up at the park? (No rest for the weary...) Will that ever happen? I wrote about it around the same time I first wrote about the landscape boulders.
