The rocks are still in the dog park and I've now seen a couple of people trip over them...in broad daylight. Since the park is not lit at night, they also pose a danger to those who can't always get to the park during daylight hours. They are a liability for the city!

It's been two months and the landscape boulders are STILL at the dog park. Shall I just give up and accept that, even though they pose a danger to those at the park, they will not be removed?

Please realize that people have already tripped over them when it's dark and even during the day. They have no place in a dog park. They pose a liability.

Thank you for your feedback. We followed up with the Park Maintenance Division, and moving the boulders is on their list of items to be addressed at this dog park. We have requested an expected time of completion from the supervisor who is in charge, and I will follow up with this information as soon as possible.

Thanks for the information. The rocks have been moved outside the dog park fence, which is great! Can't believe this happened. Am happy and amazed.

Now, how does it look for getting some lights up at the park? (No rest for the weary...) Will that ever happen? I wrote about it around the same time I first wrote about the landscape boulders.

I'm sorry to hear that, but am hopeful that there will be funds by the time next fall rolls around and it's dark at 5:15. (Surely the recession will be over by then?) Even just 4 or 5 that have solar panels and timers would be great. Keeping my fingers crossed! Thanks.
