Description

City of bangor needs to put up signs along the waterfront by the outdoor concert area directing people NOT to feed the gulls. Have lunch there everyday and cars constantly throwing crumbs, chips, etc. out the windows which attracts tons of gulls that in turn defecate all over, including my vehicle.
