Description

The Church at 168 S Allen plowed their lot and dumped the snow onto private property. The gravel lined section of Cortland, next to 164 S Allen is within the property boundary lines of 164. The residents of 164 & 162 S Allen use this area to park. The church plow plowed the bulk of the snow into this area and now it is not safe for the residents to park in what is considered their parking area.
