Once again - this truck takes up two resident permit parking spaces , has multiple tickets on the windshield and a 2021 guest permit but no visible legal parking sticker.
It moves once every few weeks after being ticketed or asked to move and comes back to the same area and parks illegally for weeks at a time.
Time to tow and impound this truck so it doesn’t block handicap accessibility and legal spaces for neighbors
