Despite addition of dotted lines to show drivers how to turn left at this intersection - from both directions on Monroe St NW onto 14th St NW, drivers continue to disregard the dotted lines and instead turn on the outside of the dotted lines, ultimately blocking the intersection because the westbound traffic ends up blocking the eastbound traffic. This intersection needs the addition of arrows and/or personnel to direct traffic.
