Issue #1 of 2 is located at 2230 Havenscourt Blvd.
Two of my neighbors raked up lots of leaves this past weekend and have left the piles in the street at the curb. With the big storm coming in, I know that these piles will cause flooding.
Where they are at, they will block the gutter from draining down the street and cause flooding in the middle of the block. If they break away, they will float down to the end of the block and plug up the storm drain and cause flooding at the corner of Havenscourt Blvd and Flora St.
Please contact the owners to have them remove these piles of leaves, or have them removed at the owners expense.
