Description

Severe garbage/Dumping issue. 2 commercial cans are left unattended at a vacant property (2600). Illegal dumping goes into units and then the mentally ill/homeless rummage through it and leave on all over side walk; causing/forcing pedestrians (elderly) to walk in busy street.
Also local businesses that are complying with ‘Stay’ are facing rodents due to debris being left.
Please clean up and enforce that a lock be placed on units and/or removed.
