I no this has been mentioned several times before and inspectors were sent and never saw it but that's impossible. You see and hear it from the street.
I even heard it when I was in Brazilian Spice and they were all complaining.

Still going on all day today and yesterday until 10pm. It's definetly a business. Who can I contact the business license dept?

The construction department does not have personnel working on those hours. You need to contact the police for noise complaints. I have inspected this property a number of times and no one was operating a business during my inspection.

The Police have been called for the noise at night. It's almost impossible to believe the property has been inspected during the day because it goes on ALL DAY into the night.
It is an ILLEGAL BUSINESS. What department should I contact about that issue.
As I write this now, work has been going on as usual all day.

The last couple of time I inspected the property and took pictures which I posted. The CCE inspector will inspect again.

Please be advised this matter has been handled this afternoon by the Chief Dowie. The owner will cease all work. If work continues please contact Chief Dowie since he has made contact with the owner.
