Mahfouz, I have responded to every one of your SCF posts in this area and we have ticketed all vehicles in violation accordingly, including this one. I have dispatched an officer to the area, if this or any other vehicle is in violation it will receive a ticket.

We found no vehicles in violation on Academy or Court St this afternoon. We will take another look this evening.
