I did call the realtor 11/14. He was not aware of city ordinance and had a company doing the clean up work. I told him leaves needed to be bagged and brush needed to be bundled.

Realtor new in town??? Hard to believe they weren't aware of City Ordinances - makes one wonder where they received their license from and where they are licensed to do business as!!! Are they even US citizens and what other rules/ laws, etc. might they be in violation of? If all's legit, perhaps a refresher course may be in order and beneficial to their business and to help Lansing look like a nice, clean, safe place to put down roots, rather than forcing folks to run out of the city and head for the hills................. Just sayin'...................
