the turf soccer field by burger king next to the hockey rink does not turn their lights on, yet keeps the doors open. Kids are playing in the dark, all other playgrounds/parks turn their lights on. This soccer court is frequented a lot by high school students and other young adults to play soccer. Other fields are empty and the lights are always ON. For some reason the lights are rarely turned ON in this field.
