Missing half a step. There is a set of 5 steps leading down from Gilbert/Basset to a paved walkway in the Park. Steps have a rise of 6" to 7". All treads are 16" wide except the bottom one, which is missing a 6x8 beam which used to form the leading edge (like on the other steps), leaving a tread 9 3/4" wide, not deep enough for my foot, particularly going down. It is a real tripping hazard, particularly as days shorten.
