Hey I live in Rosina Vista and I couldn’t agree any more. This happens almost every day and I usually have to pull out way further in the street just to have a clear view of oncoming traffic.

I noticed that the curb’s red paint is really dull and faded, perhaps we could get that spray painted red again and put up a sign?

I recommended the same thing, repaint the curb and/or put up No Parking signs. However, all that is useless if there is no enforcement. It’s usually the same white Chevy Camaro that’s parked there overnight almost on a daily basis. When other people see this they’ll assume it’s ok and park there too.

One of these days an accident will occur as a result of these illegally parked vehicles. Hopefully this issue can be resolved before that ever happens.

Same issue different day. Once again the same white chevy camaro is illegally parked in the fire lane just outside the entrance to the Rosina Vista Apts. Please consistently enforce the parking violations so these people will actually get the message.

The Same white camaro that’s been previously reported has been parked there all weekend along with other cars. Thank You Officer De La Torre on your oversight of the continuous illegal fire lane parking issue just outside of the Rosina Vista Apts. This vehicle in particular is a FREQUENT OFFENDER. They seem to know your schedule of enforcement or they don’t care if they receive a citation. Please continue the enforcement of this as it’s really a safety hazard for both vehicles and pedestrians. Also, please consider having the curb repainted so that it’s more visible and/or put up no Parking signage. Thank You.

There are 4 cars illegally parked in the fire lanes this morning. 2 on each side of the rosina vista entrance, including the frequent offender you’re already aware of. This is causing no visibility of oncoming traffic from both direction. It’s a holiday weekend…just saying. Thank you for your assistance and oversight.

This morning is 3rd day in a row, same white chevy camaro 8GDS998 illegally parked in the fire lane AGAIN.

The Same white chevy camaro 8GDS998 is back again today for another week of illegal parking starting today. Sarcasm intended. PLEASE GET THAT CURB REPAINTED AND/OR A SIGN PUT UP. I’ll be happy to paint the curb myself if allowed.

It’s been a good week, parking wise as it’s been nice being able to turn into traffic safely. Then today happened. He’s baaaack!! Mr VIP parking in the fire lane, White Chevy Camaro 8GDS998!! Then of course other cars start parking in the fire lanes again after seeing that same violator back again. Please get this person!! The car is parked there NOW as of 1900.

Thank You for citing the frequent offender, white chevy camaro. I noticed the ticket on the windshield when leaving this morning. Hopefully they’ll stop parking there and others will take notice of that. I understand that CVPD has more serious issues to deal with on a daily basis. Its was good for 9 days but i guess 1 citation isn’t enough to deter our VIP Fire Lane violater, white chevy camaro 8GDS998. He’s back in his usual illegal parking spot to start the weekend. So we’re back to making wide, unsafe turns into Santa Victoria. SMH. Calling our MVP De La Torre back into action to help us out.

Enforcement has decreased frequency of violations. Reassigning to Traffic Engineering to address red curb repaint request.

Thank You Officer Rea and De La Torre. Please continue your oversight on this area. Over this past weekend we had some frequent offenders again, including the white chevy camaro 8GDS998. Repainting and signs are a MUST but continued oversight is also needed. Otherwise these frequent offenders will return.

The illegal parking has started up again!! Officer Rea and De La Torre please start enforcing as it’s starting to get out of hand again. White Chevy Camaro guy is back at it again. He likes to park his car there overnight and on weekends. Other cars see that and then multiple cars start parking in the fire lanes. Its both a turn and pedestrian hazard as it limits visibility in both directions.
