    Cars are starting to consistently park illegally in the fire lanes in front of the Rosina Vista Apts across from Otay Ranch High School. This was a BIG problem last year and it’s starting up again. Specifically the same white camaro 8GDS998. Please go back and start enforcing this area again. Otherwise the camaro and other cars will continue to illegally park there.
