I've complained about this block twice before. The sidewalks and curbs on both sides of the street are a disgrace. That's a VERY busy intersection, and gives a very bad impression of our neighborhood as people pass by.
On a different note, does anyone know for what purpose the parking garage there was built? It has only a couple of cars and vans there now, but for what business was it intended? Seems out of place.
