Streetlights in the City of New Haven are owned and operated by the city; UI maintains the streetlights in the other communities it serves.

The city has been following SeeClickFix and responding to issues there. To report it directly, you can call (203) 946-6091.

Thanks for the info eddie. Just a reminder that the point of SCF is to have a one-stop reporting tool and not need to memorize or store all the different numbers and web pages for each type of issue.

True, but it's also useful to know who's responsible for what. If, for some reason, the issue does not get fixed, it's helpful to know whom to contact to escalate it.

The Streetlight in question seems to have been fixed and is operating consistently. Thanks!
