Pile of Debris at Rear of 138 Frank Street on sidewalk and in yard. There is a pile of discarded construction material (stairs, buckets, trashbags) on the back and side of the garage (in public view) as well as several bags and other debris on public sidewalk at rear of house in front of garage. The pile is getting bigger daily. Can landlord be contacted as this is a recurring theme here? It has now become a feeding and hibernating station for feral cats, birds and whatever creatures can be found).
