Descrizione

Property owner continues to post No Parking Signs on city right of way. Why hasn't the city issued a stop order. They don't have a permit to close the street off to the public parking anytime they feel like it !

This was previously reported and the city/police are letting this property owner to charge money to football fans to park on the public street.
