Description

the pedestrian walkway from Eisenhower to Oakbrook is in lousy location. There are several Sr. Housing nearby and those out walking are faced with these poor sidewalks that are potential fall hazards. the Sidewalks along Northbrook are also cracked and need replacing, Oakbrook sidewalks were replaced but these connecting sidewalks were not and need attention.

The walkway runs on the east side of Brookhaven and the west side of Balfour Facility, north end is opposite the entrance of Cranbrook City Park on Oakbrook. South end is at Eisenhower just west of Bank on corner of Main .

This facility is not a public pathway. It is located on the private property of the Brookhaven Condominiums, and therefore the City of Ann Arbor cannot make repairs to it.

This facility is not a public pathway. It is located on the private property of the Brookhaven Condominiums, and therefore the City of Ann Arbor cannot make repairs to it. However, this ticket will be left open for the time being.

I left a copy of the report and comments with the Office at Brookhaven Condos. Hopefully they realize the failing sidewalk is their problem and not the City's.
