This property has a hedge that covers half the sidewalk and their gravel is always sliding down onto the exposed part of the sidewalk making walking hazardous. This is on a busy street so walking in the street is especially dangerous to pass the property. The owners may be elderly so I am not sure what they are capable of doing on their own.
