Deskripsyon
The shoulder on the east side of 3rd NW between my address and 175th has a long section overgrown with vegetation. Difficult/risky and wet to walk through especially in dark. Noticed neighbor child walking along white line in dark on way to school. There is a sidewalk on west side of road but crossing street mid-block challenging during commute hours. Can shoulder on east side be cleared and paved for pedestrian safety?

CRT review: The shoulder on the east side is in excellent condition. The improved sidewalk on the west side is the best place for pedestrains. Spoke with Engineering Dept and they advised that when there is a sidewalk on the one side it is very unlikely that another will be put in directly across from it. This is a funding issue.
