This neighborhood has many people who love to walk and many of the walkers have ambulatory issues which force some of them to use walkers and wheelchairs. Most people are good about keeping the sidewalks clear. A few neighbors allow their shrubs and hedges to overhang the sidewalk forcing these people to walk in the street with speeding cars passing nearby. This house has a hedge on the Torreon Dr side of the property that has a hedge that covers half the sidewalk making it difficult to walk along.
