This neighborhood has many people who love to walk and many of the walkers have ambulatory issues which force some of them to use walkers and wheelchairs. Most people are good about keeping the sidewalks clear. A few neighbors allow their shrubs and hedges to overhang the sidewalk forcing these people to walk in the street with speeding cars passing nearby. The La Madera Rd side of this property has trees that cover half the sidewalk which makes it difficult to walk along there.
