the city has openly ignored this for so many years. SeeClickFix seems like it's not an adequate method to address this issue.

Posting on SeeClickFix about these potholes is a ridiculous waste of time. I have been posting this and commenting on it for five years. One time, my husband and I drove on an incredibly bumpy unpaved road to the cloud forest in Costa Rica. I think that road was better than Cleveland Rd, frankly. I love living in the city, but these potholes and rough road make me feel so disgusted that it makes me want to leave. It is horrendous that the city would so blatenly ignore the complaints of tax paying citizens for so long. I am completely filled with rage about it. IT IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE ON CLEVELAND ROAD BECAUSE EVERYONE SWERVES TO AVOID THE POTHOLES. Someday, there will be a horrible accident there because two people have swerved in opposing directions and then perhaps the city will pay attention.

Right - SCF is not adequate to get the issue addressed. What is?
