Descripción

A dog in the apartment building on the corner of Linden and Livingston Streets barks regularly, mainly late at night andd during the early hours of the morning. The dog sounds distressed and I wonder if he or she is left alone often. My bedroom faces that building and I am regularly woken up at four in the morning, and am feeling sleep-deprived. I imagine that it's much worse for people in its building. This has been going on for well over a year.
