someone was picked up last week.......i don't remember the exact day and time......in the future I will make note of that.

It was one day last week.......next time I will make note of day and time.....but, all that is needed is to ask the drivers to please not blow the horn because the person they are picking up will be in the lobby looking out for them.......also the building is big and the other side doesn't hear them anyway, only the people who didn't call for a ride do. And, I have a heart condition .....the horn blowing makes me jump every time......

Our drivers call the person they are picking up. They do not honk the horn. Could it be possible you are hearing a taxi or someone else. The drivers will be reminded of this procedure but please note the date and time if it reoccurs.

There is no mistaking the car......the way he barreled into the driveway blowing his horn caused me to look out my window.......then he blew the horn again 3 times as he pulled along the walkway. So, I saw who it was without a doubt. Schuyler has been considerate and doesn't blow the horn. They know the rider is ready downstairs.

I mean Schuyler cab. If your driver calls the ride, there should be no need to blow the horn between the buildings.

Hello...it is 10:40 a.m.today 10/16. The driver in the Kearny white car is blowing his horn once, twice three and four separate times for four honks each. It is the worst yet.

Please, please ask them to not do this as it is under my windows. It is very distressful. I'm sure they wouldn't like it if other people disturbed him in his home.
