He are sleeping when we are awaken so we have not been able to see a description of the car. We will make attempt to wake up around the time to see if we can get a description.

Tried to get a view of the car today but if is too dark and too far away for us to make out the plate. It's a dark car, black or dark blue and it passed by exactly at 5:30 again today. It stops at stop sign on merriman Rd before taking left on to rainbow rd

The vehicle in question was stopped by one of our patrol officer on 10-22-14 at the approximate time that was given through the original complaint. The operator of the vehicle was informed that the volume was disturbing a neighbor and it was agreed that this behavior will change. Thank you for bring this to our attention.
