A Bradford pear tree has dropped another limb, blocking the sidewalk and entrance to 30 Eld street. Wires from 32 Eld are intertwined with the downed limb, and stretch out onto the street. Reported to police at 4:30 pm. Update: passerby says limb has been down since 1:50 pm
