This is the second limb this tree has dropped in a year. Here are pictures of the limb it dropped previously, which blocked the street. Can we remove this tree before it causes more damage and replace it with a Maple? Bradford pears are prone to broken limbs and are really not suitable street trees, unless regularly/professionally pruned.
