Not sure if this is an enforceable issue, but will have Code Compliance look into this. Thank you for reporting.

Why would this (or any) city ordinance be questioned as possibly unenforceable? I'd really like some detail on this point. Note that at least three Sylvan Circle single-family residences have recently been reported as being used as boarding houses. Please provide us all with more information.

Actually, the anonymous person reporting these addresses may be on to something. At least three of the structures are rental properties, and there are at least three cars parking at each one.

Three cars parked at a house indicates a boarding house, seriously? That's pretty far from probable cause to investigate.
