A Tree branch is blocking the street at the level of human head. One of the branches has spikes at the level of human eyes. It is just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. I already got my face scratched twice. Owner of the tree lives at 543 foerster but did not respond to numerous complaints about his tree.
