524 Jefferson Street NW is a vacant house located next door to me. There is continuing problems with litter and loitering at that property. On Friday, September 26, I witnessed a man asleep on the porch of the property. I have reported this property in the past, including my suspicion that there were 1 or more individuals living in the vacant house during the winter time. The trash and loitering have continued since i originally reported this. The issue has now seemed to progress to vagrants using the property as a place to sleep.
