524 Jefferson St Nw Washington, District of Columbia - Petworth524 Jefferson Street NW is a vacant house located next door to me. There is continuing problems with litter and loitering at that property. On Friday, September 26, I witnessed a man asleep on the porch of the property. I have reported this property in the past, including my suspicion that there were 1 or more individuals living in the vacant house during the winter time. The trash and loitering have continued since i originally reported this. The issue has now seemed to progress to vagrants using the property as a place to sleep.

Illegal Dumping Archived524 Kennedy Street Northwest Washington, DC 20011, USA - Petworth524 Jefferson Street NW is a vacant home, however it is constantly littered with trash, garbage bags and other debris. nobody lives in this empty unit however people often loiter on the property's porch or in the front yard. When they are hanging out tjere, they are often loud and intoxicated. The intoxication is witnessed by the numerous beer cans and glass bottles that are left in the front yard, on the sidewalk and on the curb the following day. Although the property is boarded up, I believe during the winter it may have been being used as temporary housing. I called to report this and a broken window on the front of the house to the property holder and they were indifferent and implied that the outside condition of the property was an issue for the city to address
