It is a known code violation to have trash placed next to curb before 5pm and yet just because this address had the gall to install a illegal fence at the curb they get to pile it up and even overflow the stupid fence. Why do the DOB and Sanitation thinks this is alright? What is we all did this. the trash also narrows the walk to a mere 4 foot area.
