A traffic light used to be here. If one could be installed such that it is a yellow light for traffic travelling on Andrews, but as cars on Salida approach Andrews, the light turns red for the Andrews traffic until the Salida Road traffic can make a left turn onto Andrews going north. The North and South bound traffic on Andrews make for extremely long wait times to turn from Salida onto Andrews. This intersection used to have a traffic light but it was never replaced after the new road was completed.
