I agree business or city should immediately spray over the graffiti with white spray paint. Awful to leave it sitting there.

Walgreens corporate and local management at the 4th avenue highlands store need to take ownership of their property. No more excuses.

Why not ask mgr to have the billboard raised higher up then cleaned it once and it keeps coming back
