Description

The City cut down a deceased tree on my property approx. 2 years ago. After all this time of waiting for a replacement, they came this morning without success because of the roots being too large. They suggested I notify the City to come and remove the roots. I would like this done as soon as possible in order for them to get this tree planted this season. Thank you for your help.
